1. About the scheme

The Milk Shed Loyalty Scheme is run by The Milk Shed. The Scheme lets customers earn points on qualifying in-store purchases and exchange these for free drinks or cookies.

By joining or using the Scheme, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Earning points
You earn points on each qualifying item you buy:

Points earned: 
Hot drink - 1 point
Iced drink - 1 point 
Signature drink - 1 point
Cookie-1 point 
Cookie bundle -1 point
250g bag of coffee - 3 points 
1kg bag of coffee - 7 points 

Points are only earned on the items listed above. Other food, merchandise and gift cards do not earn points. Points are added at the time of purchase and cannot be added retrospectively.

3. Redeeming points
Once you have 7 points, you can redeem them for one free hot drink, iced drink, signature drink or cookie. Points cannot be redeemed against bags of coffee, cookie bundles or any other products. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, refunded or transferred to another person.

4. Where the scheme applies

Points can be earned and redeemed at all The Milk Shed stores, including Prince Albert Street and The Milk Shed Coffee Roasters.

Points can only be earned and redeemed in store. In-store points cannot be used online, and online points cannot be used in store.

5. Points expiry

Points expire automatically 6 months after they are earned.Expired points cannot be reinstated.

6. General terms

If you return or get a refund on an item, the points earned on it will be removed.We may cancel points or close an account where we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse of the Scheme.We may change, suspend or end the Scheme, or these Terms & Conditions, at any time. We will give reasonable notice in store where we can. 

Any personal information collected through the Scheme is handled in line with our privacy policy.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. They do not affect your statutory rights.
