The Keramo Adara station sits at the highest elevation in the entire Daye Bensa network, deep in the Bombe mountains of Bensa, Sidama. The region's cool, humid climate, consistent rainfall, and rich soil make it ideal for growing high-quality coffee, and slow cherry maturation at altitude leads to exceptional density and complex flavour development.

The natural Keramo Adara is dried on African beds with clean plastic mesh and sheeting for around 14 to 18 days, a careful process that preserves the station's signature winey, fruit-forward character. The result is an intense, expressive cup — ripe and sweet with a long finish.

Around 381 smallholder farmers deliver their cherries to the Keramo Adara station, supported by Daye Bensa's network of training, resources, and quality control. The station has earned Daye Bensa prestigious Cup of Excellence awards in 2020, 2021, and 2022, making it one of the most consistently decorated washing stations in Ethiopia.
