    Our story starts in the 1800s

    In the early 1800s The Milk Shed was a dairy supplying milk to King George IV at the Royal Pavilion. A tunnel once linked the dairy to The Royal Pavilion. It allowed easy access to the palace and a cool place to store excess milk.
